My little brother turned 30 today. He's in LA, in the spanish-speaking section of Koreatown. Welcome to the new 20's, brother.

Not just my little brother, but also my other brother Charles' lovely wife Chris Rachel. Gotta include the whole family. I missed her party last night, which was lame, but I had to put together last minute artwork for a collaboration with Shandi Goodlett for the Art Sanctuary show. I got the call at 5:30, pieces we printed out didn't work- didn't adhere to the backing- so I had to get other pieces together. One was done, one I had to recreate from scratch. By the time I got away from the reception it was midnight.

Other than that - It's not that there's nothing going on in my little world- quite the opposite. But some things don't lend themselves to a public display.

Did my first jam session in the studio that I bothered to record, but I didn't take the time to set up the levels, so it was crap. Just hammered out another 2 year lease at the shop. Just got through with the November horse sale. Beat Civilization 4 on the Prince level, going to try the next difficulty level today.

Oh, and there's no heat in my house, that's been interesting. I've been surviving off a space heater and an open stove and a down comforter. I think this next year I will actually get a nice place to live.

Life is good.
