Somewhere, japanese nationalist geisha otoku are flipping in their graves over Gong Li, Zhang Ziyi and various other actors from China portraying the whole Geisha thing. But all the actresses in question kick ass, the cinematography is pretty tight, and I'll give it thumbs up.

Gong Li has always done a good ice queen.

Anyway, almost the new year. Gonna take a blowtorch and exacto to my computers today and upgrade video cards that aren't exactly supposed to fit in my systems. This is so that they'll be able to run Civilization 4, and my brothers & sister in law can all get together and destroy each other's worlds.
